GENERAL
- Thanks in advance for choosing me, I want to do a good job!- I speak english, but my main language is Spanish.- I only accept payments through Paypal and Venmo. I only accept USD. If you are from Colombia I can accept the payment through Nequi, so please mention it.(Please, convert the dollars in colombian money) 1 USD = 4.000 COP- Please, don't complain about the price, if I do lower the price I will mention it beforehand.- I do not accept incomplete payments unless the price of the commission exceeds 80 USD, one part is paid before starting the drawing and the other part is paid during the process, I deliver the drawing once everything has been paid.- I don't draw with any other style than the one I show.- I can make drawings for special dates, however please note that you must let me know at least 2 weeks before the desired date, if I have work before you and you want it to be a priority, you must pay an extra cost, likewise if you ask for it in a shorter period of time than what I stipulated above; this price varies depending on the complexity of the drawing required. process
- Once we agree all the drawing info, send me your paypal email so I can send you an invoice.- When I finish the idea sketch I will show it to you so you can confirm it, I can change it as you like if you have changes, but don't make me re-do the whole drawing, please, if you want a pose or something in particular, tell me before starting! if you give me freedom, to draw a character I always ask for information about them, such as personality and some of its history to inspire me in the pose.- When you approve it I will continue working, if you want to see how the drawing is going, I can show it without any problem and you can send me a message whenever you want to be aware of the work. Anyways I’m always sending updates when i can.- No refunds after delivery.
delivery
- I will give a PNG image of the finished drawing, It will send it to your mail if you wanna! It’s only a digital file, no physical.- You can use, but you cannot edit it, copy it or sell it, you must use it only in a personal way. (You can do icons or stuff)- I can upload it to my social networks and show it as an example of my art unless the commission is private.- If after receiving the commission, you want to change something, I can change it, depending:- If it was my mistake (I put wrong colors, I didn't put accessories or part of the clothes, etc) I will change it for free.- If it was a mistake of yours (you omitted some information, you made a mistake telling me something) I can fix it for free as long as it is not a big mistake, if you want a big change I will charge according to the case, and as long as I can do it and it does not damage the rest of the drawing.
Waiting time♥ I work on: Monday, wednesday, tuesday, thursday and friday.
♥ I don’t work on: Saturday, Sunday and holidays.if you want advances of your commission, please ask them on days I work, since on days off I'm usually not at home.- There may be exceptions where i can't draw as i would like, such as sick days, or incapacity for other reasons, but they usually do not last more than 3 days.- The waiting time for your drawing varies according to many things, such as, mood, if I have commissions in before you, complexity of the drawing you are asking me, and this kind of things, but usually since I start your drawing the time for you to wait is from 3 days to 4 months MAX, I can finish it earlier or in a little more time maybe. (I have extended the deadline because I have been getting sick more often).- I always try to work in the order listed (order of payment) however, depending on the case, also I tend to finish simpler drawings first because they take less time.- I usually get sick a lot although I'm improving that, please be patient when I take a long time to finish an commission, I try to work as fast as I can.- If for any reason I take longer than my maximum delivery time, you are entitled to a full refund and depending on the case I can finish the drawing and give you the refund anyway.If you want more details of the commission, you can send me a message anytime. (I want to apologize in advance if I answer late, sometimes discord doesn't notify me about messages, but I always keep an eye on discord.)- Please be patient and be kind when asking, you must be aware of the times I have given to deliver your commission, so please don't ask me every day about it in an invasive way.- I usually work on a commission basis, but I also sometimes complete simpler commissions before more complicated ones.
streams- I can stream your commission for 20 USD (Only for full color drawings, only the days I work and with the lineart finished) Please, tell me the time you can watch the stream and I will accommodate it. The most I stream is 4 hours per day and I'll stream until finish it!- I can do screen record speedpaint of the drawing for 25 USD (I record at least since the beginning of the lineart)Sorry if 20 USD seems like a lot for a stream, but lately I'm getting a lot of anxiety drawing while people watch me, so that's why the price.
refunds- If I have not started the sketch, everything is returned.- If I have done the sketch, 60% is returned.- If I have done the lineart, 30% of it is returned.- If I am starting the color, I do not make any refund.If you ask me for a refund after a considerable time, you must be patient for me to return what you have asked me for.
